About Us
Saran has been in property for 30 years with experience in sales, lettings and finance within his own estate agency. He is a qualified kitchen, bedroom and bathroom designer and has refurbished and built properties for himself and his clients.
He is passionate about property design and build and has custom built properties in the past. He is looking forward to moving into one of the most exciting and necessary stages of property evolution – Passivhaus Plus Energy homes.
Alix Raven-Sarai has worked alongside her husband Saran for the past 30 years, as well as working on her own property projects. She has worked for major retailers as a City and Guilds qualified kitchen designer.
As a husband and wife team she also helped to establish Blue Tree Homes Ltd in 2006. Moving forward she is an integral part of Blue Tree Homes as it evolves into a design and build consultancy specialising in Passivhaus build.
